USO Mayport Family and Me Yoga

All Levels Family & Me Yoga Classes for Active Duty, Veterans, their families and support systems. This class is sponsored by Humana Military and free of cost to participants.

Those in attendance will have a chance to take home a special gift.

We will have craft supplies/activities available for any children not wanting to participate in the yoga portion of the class.
